The Law Project is the only agency in Bergen County addressing the legal needs of the chronically mentally ill. Legal services are provided free of charge to eligible clients involved in civil matters. A staff of attorneys and a psychiatric social worker provide specialized legal services and supportive advocacy as well as counseling and outreach.

What's Planned: Learn about and experience the benefits of yoga and meditation in the relief of tension and anxiety.
After the workshop a light supper will be provided.

The Bergen County Consumer Recreation Committee is a subcommittee of the Professional Advisory Committee to the Bergen County Mental Health Board. This event is sponsored by a coalition of individual advocates from the consumer community and the following mental health organizations: Advance Housing, Inc., Collaborative Support Services, NAMI Bergen County, NAMI Family Organization, and the Professional Advisory Committee to the Bergen County Mental Health Board.
